Testnet demo on Whitechain Sepolia: test tokens (ITC) only, no real money. Requests are served by a real open-weight model on the founder's machine when it is online, otherwise by a demo seller that returns canned responses.

Testnet only: nothing here has monetary value

ITC (Inferit Test Credit) is a 6-decimal faucet token with no value; 1 ITC counts as one test dollar in prices. Gas on Whitechain Sepolia is paid in test WBT.

  1. Step 1: Connect a wallet on Whitechain Sepolia

Reads the network from the API.

  2. Step 2: Get WBT for gas

You need a little test WBT to send transactions: at least 0.002 WBT for the approve and deposit steps.

  3. Step 3: Get test ITC

The faucet mints 1,000 ITC once per 24 hours per address.

    Wallet balance: —
  4. Step 4: Deposit and set your spending cap

Approve, then deposit and set the most the operator may ever settle from you, with an expiry. The cap defaults to your deposit, at most 25.

Cumulative: counts what was already spent

At least 1 hour (0.042 days)

  5. Step 5: Sign in

Sign a one-time message so the API knows this wallet is yours. No gas, no transaction.

    Connect a wallet first.

  6. Step 6: Create an API key

Shown once and stored hashed. Copy it before you leave the page.

    Sign in first.

  7. Step 7: Run a request

Uses qwen/qwen-2.5-14b-instruct, a model with a live offer right now (the Ollama-style alias qwen2.5:14b-instruct works too). Any OpenAI-compatible client works.

1 · Put the key in your environment
    export INFERIT_API_KEY='ik_your_key_here'
    bash
    curl https://api-production-c74b9.up.railway.app/v1/chat/completions \
      -H "Authorization: Bearer $INFERIT_API_KEY" \
      -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
      -d '{"model":"qwen/qwen-2.5-14b-instruct","messages":[{"role":"user","content":"Say hello in five words."}],"stream":true}'
  8. Step 8: See it settle on-chain

The API settles usage in batches: once your unsettled usage reaches 0.10 ITC, or after at most an hour. Each batch is one settle() transaction you can open on the explorer, first pending finality, then finalized.

Per-request costs are on your dashboard.
